With the holidays fast approaching it is nice to have much of our interior home improvement work done. We purchased some new furniture and re-painted the living-room and dining-room areas as well as the stairway and hallways.
The only interior work we have left is Branden’s room – Painting and the Master Bedroom – painting. The backyard has a new playset installed with woodchips to cushion the falls of little ones, but we’ve got cement work and sprinkler system to install as well as grass. And the fencing needs to be replaced. But all that has to be postponed until spring.
Decorations have been put out, by Stacy, for Halloween and none of it has been stolen yet. 
The temperature has gone down considerably and our electric bill should start going down as well. Air Conditioning is expensive, but absolutely necessary where we live. Heat is a lot cheaper, and we don’t need as much heating in the winter as the northern areas.
